The villa has three bedrooms - one double and two twins.
Upstairs the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Each has its own large terrace accessed by French windows. The ground floor twin has an adjacent shower room.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge off the spacious entrance hall. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Both the lounge and dining area share a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The lounge also has a front terrace with views to the mountains. All the floors in the villa are marble, keeping it nice and cool, with the exception of the kitchen which has ceramic tiles.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa also has full oil-fired central heating and an open fireplace - winter days are sunny and warm, but evenings can be cool.
The fitted kitchen has an electric fan oven, a mixed gas/electric hob with extractor fan over, fridge/freezer and washing machine. It is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The villa also has an iron and ironing board. All electric sockets are British-standard 13 amp three-pin, so British appliances such as hair dryers will work without the need for a plug converter.
The garden is accessed by steps from the lounge/dining area terrace. Below the terrace is a shaded area overlooking the 8 metre by 4 metre swimming pool, which is 1.6 metres at its deepest. There is an outside shower by the pool. The pool is maintained weekly.
All bedding and bathroom towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own towels for swimming.
